Leadership Vision and Team Execution Services
We offer a range of consulting, coaching and training services all aimed at helping individuals and teams
accelerate their ability to produce meaningful and fulfilling results.  Our work with individual executives and
leadership teams provides coaching on professional development, leadership skills, and the pursuit of
personal excellence.

Our work with teams includes leadership teams charged with directing organization strategy as well as
multi-party teams responsible for executing the leadership vision.  We work with internal and external teams,
including Business Unit, Cross Functional, partnership, joint venture, alliance and prime/sub-contractor teams.
Team Execution

  • Purpose: To provide support and advice to working teams charged with leading their organizations
and/or executing critical components of business strategy
  • Target Audience:  Business Unit and cross functional teams who recognize that a collection of
individual stars does not necessarily ensure great team performance.
  • Format:  small group working sessions, in person and by teleconference. Typically, in person working
sessions take place monthly over a six or twelve month period with each session lasting between two
and four hours.  Teleconference sessions may occur once a month between scheduled in person
working sessions or on an as needed basis to address emerging or urgent issues.
  • Typical Areas Addressed:
  • How well does your team work together?
  • Are you a collection of stars who perform individually?
  • Are you collection of silos going after a common goal or a true team – aligned, collaborative and
    mutually supportive?
  • What does the team have to be good at in order to excel?
  • How well do individual team members support one another?
  • How well does the team pull together when another part of the business is struggling?
  • What happens when things break down between various parts of the organization or between
individual leaders who are part of the larger leadership team?
  • How do you generate success at the individual level, with each member hitting his or her targets,
and still collaborate outside your area of responsibility for joint success opportunities?
